Buenas noches, he llevado mi Alfa Romeo Mito al taller varias veces (3) por este mismo problema, me dicen que debo cambiar la columna de la dirección por el valor del 30% del carro, creo que es un problema mundial ya que he encontrado personas en España, Inglaterra, México, Brasil y la marca no se responsabiliza,
Hola soy de México, es en Cerio que es la columna de dirección? Es algo artante este problema, la verdad igual me ha pasado los mismos alertas y me arta, se queda sin fuerza y sin avanzar, ya me lo hizo en un boulevard y se siente orrible, lo tendré que vender por pedazos

This started a repetition every time they turned on the vehicle and as the days go by becomes permanent, it no longer functions to turn off the vehicle.
Initially we think that it has simply moved something during its permanence in the highest and that it was a simple subject or a bad contact of the witnesses.
We took it back to Colita on Saturday, March 4, the technicians put the computer and there was no fault. The vehicle was circled around the area and the witnesses were not turned on. We were warned that if the fall was repeated they should bring it back again on Monday, March 6.
Immediately after exiting the highest, all the alarms went on again and did not go off all weekend.
On the 6th of March we took the Colitalia vehicle again and when they did not deliver us we were informed that it was the module of the assistant of the address and that was the necessary variable. We were also informed that the cost could be $ 12,000,000, or 30% of the commercial value of our vehicle, which is absolutely absurd, for a product in this category and with so little mileage.
At the top we were informed that they were going to escalate the case, to see if there is any solution by the manufacturer, but our vehicle is already out of warranty, which is the most worrisome at the moment.
We decided to investigate on the internet and find that there are many cases with similar problems, and although at the highest we were informed that we could continue to use it while finding a solution, in our investigation that the damage can affect the power steering, By complete the electrical assistance, even circulating at high speed, which does not seem very serious.
We turn to you to know if there is any kind of solution by the manufacturer, so we do not consider the sea alone that we have relied on a brand recognized worldwide, to end with a problem of this type and these high costs.

Por lo que ud indica la falla es provocada por el sensor eps el cual verifica el angulo de giro del volante ,además controla un motor que se encuentra en la columna de dirección el sensor pierde comunicacion con la ecu. En respuesta a la perdida de comunicación con el computador el vehiculo activa en forma automática un proceso de emergencia(luces en el tablero),yo le recomiendo que en el caso que ami me toco reparar la falla era el conector que se conecta con la columna de dirección(enchufe suelto),le indico el diagrama de este según fabricante, ojala que le sirva un saludo desde chile. En la imagen lo que se ve no es el sensor de ángulo de giro, el sensor se encuentra en la parte posterior del timón y va acoplado con las palancas de luces y limpia parabrisas.

Si es esa misma lo difícil es encontrarlo cuando la falla es el componente , por lo menos en chile...no hay. Solo desarmaduria.la solucion mas facil importarla. Aun que yo partiria por revisar el conector primero que nada , Ojala que le sirva un saludo desde chile. Atte

Me sucede lo mismo, estando el coche estacionado y luego al arrancar el volante se bloqueó repentinamente. Cerré el contacto y volví a arrancar y el volante volvió a la normalidad…esto no es normal …

Hola, cambie la crapodina de la caja porque perdia liquido de freno por ahi. Al armar todo de nuevo, el pedal de embrague queda muy suelto, y la palanca mete el cambio pero no embraga. Es como que la caja esta desacoplada. No hace ningun ruido. El mecanico me dice que debe ser un sensor pero no sabe cual.
