Car has no power even when you are taking off on the first and second

Volkswagen Amarok 2013 4doors, 2.0litres 150000 kms
I need some advise from members since have done alot on the car but still nothing...the car starts well and has good engine sound but doesn't pull...have replaced the high pressure pump, fuel filter, inyector nozzles, cleaned the egr, unblocked the exhaust, worked on the turbo cartridges, changed the MAF, changed the MAP, cleaned and replaced the throttle, literally have done almost everything but no progress yet. Have also changed the intake and exhaust valves.

Hello Josef Karz. We see that you have decided to replace a lot of parts, maybe they needed changing or not, but that way is more or less like shooting a partridge on the fly, with some pellet we could hit it. If the resource is available , well and good , but if it is not , in the end the owner 's account will be somewhat bulky. If it helps you, I'll share with you what we do in a similar case. When an engine does not perform and we do not have a before of how it was, the first thing to do is take the compression pressure and make sure it is 27.5 kg/cm2 and no more than 10% between cylinders. If that is so , you can surely get an engine that shines. The second thing to look at is where the engine sits in its air/fuel ratio. To see how much air your engine is processing, with the help of a VCDS or other equipment that works with the VW platform, select theoretical air mass / actual air mass, target turbo pressure / actual turbo pressure and you observe in these variables that divergences exist. If the biturbo at a high load (100%) reaches 2.8 maximum 3 bars of absolute pressure, the turbos will be well calibrated. If this is so on the MAF side you should get about 1300/1400 m gr/stroke at that time, with a lag of no more than 0.5 seconds. On the fuel side it is something similar. You select target rail pressure/actual rail pressure and see what divergence there is in these values. If you can record these events and send us a copy, we can be more assertive in collaborating to solve your problem. Cheers
